Governing is like business: You lose 100% of the deals you don’t make. I won’t apologize for daring to make America the greatest country in the world, so that when we finally get bought out by another country, we’ll be able to get a great resale value.
The key to flipping a country is locating an appreciating market. America hasn’t been appreciating in almost eight years. You think having someone named Barack Hussein Obama in the White House brought America’s value up? No chance.
I’ve got many friends, many important people, who have told me — and they know A LOT about value — if we were to go to market with America right now…? “Bupkis”. That’s what they say. It’s a yiddish word, or something. They’re very Jewish, those friends. But, they say, “Bupkis,” because that’s what this country is worth right now.
But I’m going to change that. Running a country/business isn’t easy. You have to make tough decisions. Like getting rid of all the brown people. Not necessarily a tough decision, but it’s definitely going to take a can-do attitude. And that’s something I know a thing or two about.
Look, you want China coming in here and selling this place off for parts? Stripping the United States down and putting some stupid racing decals on our side like we were one of their cheap Honda Civics? No, you don’t.
I’m going to make America so great again that whoever our eventual foreign buyer is, they’re going to pay me — I mean, us — they’re going to pay us way more than we’re worth. Because the American dream has always been about getting more than you get. Trump 2016.
